Pelham House Resort

Pelham House Resort hosts Cape Cod weddings at 14 Sea Street in Dennis Port, directly on Nantucket Sound. The official wedding page lays out several event areas: the Sea Level Ballroom and Patio for dinner and dancing, the Rooftop for late-night gatherings, the Lobby Bar and pool for welcome events, and a 400-foot private beach for ceremonies.

The property offers more than a reception room. Depending on the selected package, couples can use the lawn or beach for the ceremony and add rehearsal, welcome, after-party, or brunch events. A property buyout places the hotel side and all 33 guest rooms into the wedding weekend from Friday through Sunday; the page also describes a venue buyout and smaller-format options. The published inclusions mention a dedicated coordinator, in-house rentals, and a food and beverage program.

Pelham House is strongest for a couple seeking an oceanfront wedding weekend with the ceremony and guest lodging concentrated in one location. The official site does not publish a standard guest capacity, package price, weather plan, or open dates.
