At Pelham House Resort, the wedding format changes the shape of the weekend. The property has a 400-foot private beach for ceremonies, the Sea Level Ballroom and Patio for dinner and dancing, a Rooftop for late-night gatherings, and a Lobby Bar and pool area for welcome events. These spaces make it possible to keep a sequence of events at the same Dennis Port address while changing the atmosphere from one part of the weekend to the next.
The official site distinguishes a Property Buyout from a Venue Buyout and from a Sea Level package. The Property Buyout gives the wedding group the hotel side and all 33 guest rooms from Friday through Sunday. The Venue Buyout reserves the 14 Sea Street building for the wedding day, while the Sea Level option focuses on the ballroom, patio, and lawn. Those distinctions are more useful than comparing unnamed “packages,” because they identify which areas become private and for how long.
The site also lists a dedicated coordinator, in-house rentals, food and beverage service, and lodging coordination. It does not publish guest capacities, date availability, a weather policy, or package totals.
