Warehouse XI - Boston Event Space

Warehouse XI is at 11 Sanborn Court in Somerville, not in Boston proper. Its own site describes a 3,000-plus-square-foot warehouse venue with high ceilings, oversized glass windows, white brick walls, a lounge area, and full-venue access during the reservation period.

The venue lists weddings and receptions among its uses and publishes a maximum of 150 guests. Its current booking page says 2026–27 reservations provide all-day access from 8 a.m. to 11:45 p.m.; the time needed for setup and breakdown matters when comparing published booking options. Onsite furniture is listed as available, with inventory subject to change.

This is a space-led option rather than a conventional ballroom package. The reviewed official pages do not publish a standard wedding catering package, a guest meal plan, or a rain plan. They also do not give a fixed list of included decor or rentals, and the public page describes reservations as exclusive access to the venue. Couples should establish vendor, alcohol, kitchen, rental, cleanup, insurance, and accessibility requirements with the venue before relying on a particular layout.
