The WaterFire Arts Center

WaterFire Arts Center is a multi-purpose Providence venue at 475 Valley Street. WaterFire Providence describes the building as 37,000 square feet and explicitly makes it available for weddings and other events. The Main Hall is described as 15,000 square feet with a 40-foot ceiling.

The exclusive catering operator publishes capacity of up to 1,000 for a cocktail reception or 700 for a seated dinner, with staging and dance-floor needs affecting the final number. It also describes customizable layouts and an indoor-outdoor option with roof-deck views. These figures describe an event-scale venue, but a wedding plan still needs a specific floor plan.

The legacy phone in the intake differs from the official WaterFire contact, so the official operator source is the safer reference for a current inquiry. A proposal should confirm the production layout, catering terms, outdoor access, and any guest-count constraint for the chosen setup.
