The Coonamessett

The Coonamessett hosts weddings and events at 311 Gifford Street in Falmouth. Its official materials describe garden ceremonies, a deck overlooking Jones Pond, guest rooms, on-site event coordination, and several indoor and outdoor spaces. The property is not a beach venue; its waterfront reference is Jones Pond.

The published room chart is unusually detailed. The Cape Cod Room is an indoor ballroom for up to 300, the Community Hall seats up to 120, the Garden Room up to 100, and the Deck up to 100 for an outdoor gathering. Catering is listed as available for all four. The venue also publishes intimate wedding packages for groups of 30 to 70.

For couples comparing Falmouth options, The Coonamessett offers a mix of garden, pond-side deck, ballroom, and smaller dinner spaces at one address. Public materials do not provide a standardized rain plan, all-in event price, or availability calendar.
