Capacity: It's been 3 years since we turn to this property, but this time during fall instead of winter. The services are excellent and the check-in.process is seamless. I want to give a big SHOUT OUT to Polina who checked us in. She is AMAZING and very knowledgeable. It was not that busy, so we had a small conversation about other traveled destinations that we have been to. I learned that she's new to the United States and just arrived a few months ago. She could fool me because she is very professional and knowledgeable of the property as well as the area. She answered all of our questions and gave us great recommendations for the activities that we would like to do at Hyatt and the village. I'm so impressed with her professionalism and kind manner. She definitely made a great impact on guest experience. Grand Hyatt Vail is lucky to have Polina. She is a GREAT ADDITION to the team. The breakfast buffet at the restaurant was a meh and needs improvement. Hard boil eggs tasted like a rubber ball, not edible and all of the other items are too dry or too soggy. Breakfast to order tasted a bit better, but again needs improvement. Coffee and green juice are really awful and water down. Maybe chefs had a bad day?? Overall, I'd return for the experience because all the staff are so wonderful, but definitely not the food.
